1. General Overview

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Naideo mobile application. A core feature of Naideo is that no account registration, login, or personal identity verification is required to access and use the core functions of the app.

Users can use image upload, AI image generation, and AI video generation without submitting personal identity information. This document explains how content and information are handled while you use Naideo.

2. Independent Service Operation

AI creation features of Naideo, including AI image restyling and intelligent video generation based on uploaded pictures, are supported by our exclusive self-operated service system.

• Core generation workflow is operated through our own service systems.
• We do not rely on third parties to store or manage your personal identity profile.
• Creation-related processing is carried out for the purpose of completing your requested generation tasks.

3. Information Collection Rules

Naideo follows a minimal data processing approach. The app temporarily processes image files that you actively upload for the sole purpose of completing AI generation tasks.

We do not collect any user facial information. We do not collect any user facial features. We do not extract, analyze, record, or store facial biometric information of users.

• No facial scanning or facial recognition detection is performed as a collection purpose.
• We never actively obtain facial appearance features, facial contour data, or facial biometric data.
• Uploaded pictures are used to execute the generation task you request.
• We do not collect names, avatars, contact lists, device identity profiles, or location data as a condition of basic use.

Facial information and facial feature data of any form will never be collected, stored, analyzed, or utilized by our platform for identity profiling.

4. Sharing and Disclosure Rules

Naideo promises that we will never share, sell, lease, or disclose any user-related information to any third party.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not rent personal information.
• We absolutely never share any user information with third parties.
• We do not share facial information or facial features with anyone.

Uploaded content and temporary task data are handled within our service process for creation delivery. There is no third-party data authorization mechanism for sharing your personal information.

5. Processing and Retention

Uploaded images and generated results are used to complete your current creation tasks. After you finish viewing and saving generated content on your device, our systems do not keep user personal identity databases, and do not build facial information databases or facial feature archives.

6. Device Permissions
