Rules for Naideo subscription services

1. General Provisions

This Subscription Agreement sets out the rights and usage rules for Naideo subscription services. It supplements the User Agreement and applies to users who purchase an official Naideo subscription.

Consistent with Naideo’s basic service approach, users may browse and purchase subscription services without account registration or login. Purchasing and using a Naideo subscription means you accept the terms of this agreement.

2. Subscription Benefits

The main benefit of purchasing an official Naideo subscription is receiving preferential coin rewards after successful payment. These coins are platform virtual items used for AI image generation and AI video generation in Naideo.

Subscription coin rewards are more favorable than ordinary purchase channels.
Coin quantity and plan details are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Benefits apply only to personal non-commercial use of Naideo.

3. Coin Use During Subscription

Users understand and agree that the Naideo subscription is a preferential benefit service for obtaining exclusive coins, and all AI generation services during the valid subscription period still need to consume corresponding platform coins normally. The subscription service does not provide free unlimited generation privileges.

Image generation and video generation operations deduct coin points according to the platform’s official rules.
Preferential coins obtained from subscription are consumed first when you use AI creation features.
After exclusive subscription coins are exhausted, you may obtain coins through other official channels within the subscription validity period.
The subscription validity period preserves eligibility for preferential coin benefits and does not remove coin consumption rules.

4. Service Specifications

Naideo subscription services are launched and operated by our platform through our self-operated service system. Plan length, coin rewards, and consumption rules are subject to the official display in the app.

Resale, trading, or transfer of subscription benefits and coins is prohibited.
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple’s payment system.
Manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID subscription settings.

5. Auto-Renewal Statement

If you choose an auto-renewable subscription, payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation. Renewal may be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours earlier. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

6. Limitations and User Commitments

After purchase, the platform provides creation services and benefit settlement according to official rules. Users must not use subscription benefits for illegal creation, infringement, or abusive activity.

The platform may suspend or terminate subscription benefits for users who violate usage rules, without refund when permitted by applicable platform and Apple policies.

7. Privacy Reminder

Subscription purchase does not require identity registration in Naideo. We do not collect facial information. We do not collect facial features. We absolutely never share any user information with third parties.
