Terms of use for the Naideo mobile application

1. General Terms

This User Agreement governs the use of the Naideo mobile application, including image upload, AI image generation, and AI video generation features.

A basic service feature of Naideo is that no account registration, login, or personal identity binding is required to use the app’s core creation functions. By using Naideo, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Service Scope

Naideo provides visual creation services such as uploading local images, applying creative styles, generating AI images from uploaded photos, and generating short AI motion videos from still pictures.

• Core creation services are operated through our self-operated service system.
• Users remain responsible for content they upload and generate.
• Generated works may be saved locally by the user on the device.

3. Privacy Protection

We prioritize user privacy and data security. During creation, the app processes image files that you upload to complete the generation tasks you request.

Naideo will never collect user facial information. Naideo will never collect user facial features. The app does not use facial recognition as a biometric identity system.

• We do not scan faces for identity enrollment.
• We do not build a facial information database.
• We do not extract facial feature profiles from your photos for biometric storage.
• We absolutely never share any user information with third parties.

Even for pictures uploaded by users, our systems do not actively retain facial biometric profiles. Generation focuses on style creation and motion rendering, not facial data collection.

All user facial information and facial feature data will never be acquired, stored, used, or shared by our platform for third-party disclosure. We will never share, transmit, disclose, or sell user information to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

Users shall use Naideo in compliance with applicable laws and community standards. Users are solely responsible for uploaded pictures and generated results.

• Do not upload or create illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not misuse the service for harmful or deceptive purposes.
• We may refuse service or restrict access for rule violations.

Subject to compliant use, AI creative works generated through the platform belong to the user’s creation rights. The platform will not occupy or use user-generated works without authorization.

5. Service Operation

Naideo provides AI generation services for users. Temporary task data is used to complete a creation request. Combined with our zero-collection rule for facial information and facial features, user privacy and creation safety remain a priority.

We do not collect facial information. We do not collect facial features. We absolutely never share any user information with third parties.
